Pharmpur is responding to the current corona pandemic
The Pharmpur GmbH is best prepared for the challenge associated with the corona pandemic. The focus is on health care for employees and their families, as well as for our business partners and service companies.
Production is secured
All areas of Pharmpur are ready for use, the supply to our customers is currently secured, and there are currently no material bottlenecks. The measures taken with the catastrophe declared by the Bavarian state government on March 16, 2020 do not restrict Pharmpur’s ability to act.
The recommendations of the Bavarian State Government and the Robert Koch-Institute on internal hygiene measures were already implemented in January 2020 and have been continually updated since then.
Employees and their families are supported
Pharmpur has also drawn up an in-house pandemic plan. This enables the company to react quickly and effectively to the constantly changing operations.
This includes unbureaucratic support for employees who are affected by the closure of day-care centers and schools. Working time models with high flexibility and the expansion of the home office are just as important here as a short-term flexible vacation arrangement. An exemption on goodwill on March 16, 2020 helped the employees to organize the family processes.
The management of Pharmpur is convinced that the challenges facing us will be met through joint action.
